Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Mission

You’ll support our cofounder in charge of sales, helping ensure that our sales processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Your role is to bring structure and clarity to the administrative side of sales, helping the team stay organized and efficient.

You’ll assist with maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating tasks, and making sure opportunities move forward without friction. 

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, process, and manage sales documentation including contracts, proposals, Statement of Works and order forms.

  • Manage the booking of contracts and offers within vendor systems, ensuring accurate deal registration.

  • Maintain our pipeline and CRM with accurate, up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

  • Support reporting on deals, and sales activities, ensuring visibility for decision-making.

  • Proactively manage the end-to-end renewals process for existing clients to secure recurring revenue.

  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure processes are completed on time.

  • Continuously improve sales operations by documenting processes and identifying opportunities to simplify or automate tasks.

  • Coordinate with the consulting team to enable smooth handovers from signed contracts to delivery.

  • Assist with client onboarding and provide operational support during the early stages of client engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years in sales operations, sales support, or an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced IT, tech, or consulting environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.

  • Communication: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to coordinate across teams and interact confidently with leadership.

  • Proactive & Collaborative: You take ownership, anticipate what’s needed, keep processes moving, and can juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and reliable.
