Your Mission
As our Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will own happtiq’s marketing activities during a one-year maternity leave cover. You’ll ensure our marketing runs smoothly and consistently, supporting lead generation, partner initiatives, and brand visibility in close collaboration with Sales and key partners like Google Cloud and Lomnido.
You’ll combine hands-on execution with structured planning, keeping marketing initiatives aligned with business priorities, funding requirements, and growth goals.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the marketing plan, including objectives, KPIs, campaigns, and budget tracking (incl. Google Cloud-funded activities)
Drive lead generation and partner marketing, coordinating co-marketing initiatives and aligning closely with Sales
Manage happtiq’s content and digital presence: content calendar, blog coordination, social media, website updates, SEO, and performance tracking
Coordinate and publish customer success stories across website and social channels
Plan and support events such as conferences, meetups, webinars, and partner activities, including logistics and materials
Create and send email communications, including monthly newsletters, announcements, and event invitations
Handle branding, print materials, and merchandise, working with external vendors and ensuring brand consistency
Work confidently with a modern marketing tool stack to execute, analyze, and continuously improve activities
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B, tech, IT, or consulting environment
Experience working across multiple marketing channels (content, events, email, digital). Solid understanding of digital marketing, content, and basic analytics.
Strong organizational skills; you can juggle priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease
A hands-on mindset: you enjoy both planning and execution
Confidence working with partners and internal teams
Excellent English skills (German is a strong plus)
A proactive, reliable, and independent working style
