develops interior design room concepts for more
than 40 years.
The outdated on-premise infrastructure for mail, calendar and storage was a largely faced issue affecting productivity of POPO Bremen. Slow access, spam mails and no proper appointment organization options led to inconvenient operations within the organization.
All users of the company were migrated to Google Workspace by happtiq. POPO chose to use the the complete collaboration platform to guarantee a great experience for employees. From day one, happtiq and POPO closely worked together to increase Workspace adoption and design a new way to work.
Workspace has contributed to reimagine work across the company. POPO employees can now work from everywhere and count on reliable tools such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Communication, collaboration and appointment organization within the company and with customers moved to a new level which as a result greatly improved efficiency and productivity.
