Deine Mission

As our Cloud Collaboration Engineer, you’ll help organizations modernize the way they work by designing, implementing, and supporting Google Workspace solutions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Cloud Solutions, our Partners and our customers throughout the entire journey. From technical consulting and presales to migrations, licensing, and adoption.

You’ll combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, helping businesses get the most out of Google Workspace, Gemini, and the wider collaboration ecosystem.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead technical presales conversations, understanding customer needs and designing the right Google Workspace and collaboration solutions

  • Support Sales by creating technical concepts, solution designs, licensing recommendations, and customer presentations

  • Plan and deliver Google Workspace migration and implementation projects from kick-off through hypercare

  • Design scalable, secure collaboration environments and document solution architectures

  • Manage the full licensing lifecycle across Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, Chrome Enterprise, AppSheet, Google Meet Hardware and related products

  • Coordinate renewals, subscription changes, and licensing adjustments while identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

  • Build and maintain demo environments that support customer workshops and the sales process

  • Create and deliver customer enablement sessions, technical training and webinars around Google Workspace, Appsheet and Gemini

  • Support internal initiatives such as internal tooling rollouts and tooling improvements / automations

  • Represent happtiq at customer meetings, partner events, and Google Cloud activities

Was du mitbringst

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, presales, systems engineering, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally working with Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365 or other enterprise collaboration platforms.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Google Workspace administration, security, migrations, and collaboration best practices. Experience with Google ecosystem products such as Gemini, AppSheet, Chrome Enterprise, Google Meet Hardware or Mobile Device Management solutions (e.g. JumpCloud, JAMF) is a strong plus.

  • Customer & Communication Skills: Comfortable working directly with customers, understanding their business needs, presenting technical solutions, and delivering workshops or training sessions. Able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Commercial Mindset: Detail-oriented with an understanding of licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and solution packaging. You enjoy finding opportunities to optimize customer environments while supporting long-term success.

  • Language: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

  • Working Style: A proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and working in an exciting environment.

  • We offer a competitive starting salary of €45,738 per year, with opportunities for negotiation depending on your expertise and career accomplishments.
