Your Mission
As our Marketing Associate, you will support happtiq’s marketing activities and help keep our campaigns, content and partner initiatives running smoothly.

You will work closely with the Sales team and external partners such as Google Cloud and Lomnido to support lead generation, events, and brand visibility. This role is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in B2B marketing in a fast-moving tech environment.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Maintain and update the content calendar (social media, blog, website)

  • Manage email marketing, newsletters, and event communications

  • Create and publish customer success stories

  • Plan and coordinate events such as webinars, meetups, and conferences

  • Coordinate branded materials, merchandise, and external vendors

  • Track marketing activities and prepare performance reports

  • Work closely with Sales and partner teams on lead generation and co-marketing initiatives

  • Contribute ideas to improve content, campaigns, and marketing processes

Wonach wir suchen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, Digital Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im B2B-, Tech-, IT- oder Consulting-Umfeld.

  • Erfahrung in der Bespielung verschiedener Marketingkanäle (Content, Events, E-Mail, Digital) sowie ein solides Verständnis für Digital Marketing, Content-Strategie und Basis-Analytics.

  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie die Kompetenz, Prioritäten, Deadlines und verschiedene Stakeholder sicher zu koordinieren.

  • Freude an der Kombination aus strategischer Planung und operativer Umsetzung.

  • Souveränes Auftreten in der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und internen Teams.

  • Excellent German and English skills

  • Proaktiver, zuverlässiger und eigenständiger Arbeitsstil.

  • Gross monthly salary starting at approximately €1,450 (20h/week), depending on experience and qualifications.
