Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Mission
You’ll support our cofounder in charge of sales, helping ensure that our sales processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Your role is to bring structure and clarity to the administrative side of sales, helping the team stay organized and efficient.
You’ll assist with maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating tasks, and making sure opportunities move forward without friction.
What You’ll Do
Independently prepare, review, and process sales documentation without requiring manual iterations. This includes proposals, order forms, NDAs, Statements of Work and Vendor contracts.
Manage the booking of contracts and offers within vendor systems, ensuring accurate deal registration.
Maintain our pipeline and CRM with accurate, up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Support reporting on deals, and sales activities, ensuring visibility for decision-making.
Proactively manage the end-to-end renewals process for existing clients independently handling commit and incentive calculations.
Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure processes are completed on time.
Continuously improve sales operations by documenting processes and identifying opportunities to simplify or automate tasks.
Coordinate with the consulting team to enable smooth handovers from signed contracts to delivery.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding and provide operational support during the early stages of client engagement.
Support Vendor Partner Program administration. Track incentives, certifications, and programmatic changes, while managing deal reviews and support cases.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years in sales operations, sales support, or an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced IT, tech, or consulting environment.
Technical Skills & Business Logic Deep proficiency with CRM tools. You possess strong commercial common sense, can quickly grasp logical connections, accurately calculate margins, and independently execute complex workflows.
Communication: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to coordinate across teams and interact confidently with leadership.
Proactive & Collaborative: You are a self-starter who does not wait for step-by-step instructions. You take ownership, anticipate what’s needed, keep processes moving, and can juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and reliable.
Agility: You thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing outcomes over low-impact details. You manage your time professionally to deliver routine tasks rapidly and execute project-based assignments strictly on deadline.
