Marketing Associate
(Working Student 20h/week)

Your Mission
As our Marketing Associate, you will support happtiq’s marketing activities and help keep our campaigns, content and partner initiatives running smoothly.
You will work closely with the Sales team and external partners such as Google Cloud and Lomnido to support lead generation, events, and brand visibility. This role is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in B2B marketing in a fast-moving tech environment.
What You’ll Do
Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain and update the content calendar (social media, blog, website)
Manage email marketing, newsletters, and event communications
Create and publish customer success stories
Plan and coordinate events such as webinars, meetups, and conferences
Coordinate branded materials, merchandise, and external vendors
Track marketing activities and prepare performance reports
Work closely with Sales and partner teams on lead generation and co-marketing initiatives
Contribute ideas to improve content, campaigns, and marketing processes
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B, tech, IT, or consulting environment
Experience working across multiple marketing channels (content, events, email, digital). Solid understanding of digital marketing, content, and basic analytics.
Strong organizational skills; you can juggle priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease
A hands-on mindset: you enjoy both planning and execution
Confidence working with partners and internal teams
Excellent German and English skills
A proactive, reliable, and independent working style

Gross monthly salary starting at approximately €1,450 (20h/week), depending on experience and qualifications.
